We are thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration between STARS, the University of Technology Mauritius and the Rotary Club of Sodnac! Together, we are embarking on a sustainable project aimed at promoting biodiversity and environmental conservation through the distribution of endemic plants.
We are committed to promoting sustainability practices and climate change action. We actively engage with communities to foster collaborative sustainability practices and develop solutions for climate change. These efforts are crucial for creating a healthier and more resilient future for all.
By raising awareness of these plants among our communities, we aim to enhance local ecosystems, support wildlife, and raise awareness about the importance of preserving our natural heritage.
Together we can create a greener and a more sustainable Mauritius!
In conjunction with the plant distribution, we are also thrilled to collaborate on Augmented Reality (AR) mobile application development to educate users about the rich biodiversity of endemic plants in Mauritius. This app will serve as a valuable resource, providing detailed information about the characteristics and benefits of these species. By empowering individuals with knowledge, we aim to inspire sustainable choices that will contribute to a resilient future.
Through these initiatives, STARS continues to drive positive change and promote a more sustainable and equitable community. We invite everyone to join us in this journey towards sustainability.
Together, we can create a thriving ecosystem that supports both people and nature !
